Commercial Construction – Garages and Outdoor Kitchen
The client wanted to transform un-used land on their property into a large outdoor kitchen and garage space to pursue a commercial venture.
They wanted to know how much it was to build a commercial kitchen. They were looking for a local building contractor with experience in building commercial properties so they were fully compliant. The project needed to include the full process – from the planning stages through to creating the vision. There was a strict deadline of this project to allow the client to start commercial production so working efficiently and on time was essential.
We helped the client submit plans and building regulations for approval and once granted we commenced construction.
The land had been unused so it required clearing before foundations could be laid. The planned building design maximized the space available to create an open plan kitchen with the required ventilation and separate garage section. The necessary commercial regulations were integrated into the build. We were conscious to make sure that visually the building kept in line with the look of the main building on the property.
